The Apocalypse
Beware of the apocalypse
Humanity struggles to capture its grips
Not a cure, wealth, or character can save
It will hit us like a tremendous toxic tidal wave
Beware of the apocalypse
Chances of a future slips
Where the dead become the alive
True living can only thrive
Beware of the apocalypse
Flesh and blood drips
The virus like butter
It’s hosts like bread
The consumer is the once living dead
What once was...
can ever be the same
All because...
the patient zero that couldn’t be contained
Zero, the start of it all
A number some might say isn’t important at all
However, now the number’s importance stands tall
Like blocks on a tower humanity faces its biggest fall
But the physiological instability peaks when you wake up from your dream and start to say
“Everything is normal - it’s average today”
Your day goes on and soon its night and you get home, restlessly ponder and lay
You turn on the T.V., and then you hear the news say
“A patient zero... symptoms include human decay”
You realize that it’s starting, it's the unimaginable day
That dream you had was a warning vision of what has occurred today
